MidasNext was entrusted with the execution of a 3-day global conference for Unilever with over 130 senior delegates spanning more than 40 nationalities. It was a complex execution which involved end to end logistics to not just hold a big conclave but also to take care of delegates as they stepped out into the city to mingle with Indian consumers for the first time. The thought and execution in terms of showcasing the diversity of India even on the evening theme dinners was exemplary. MidasNext’s execution and team is absolutely world class and they left no stone unturned to make a global conference of this scale a roaring success.

a. The performances - Bang on brief and very smoothly done. The audience was enraptured b. Awards - Very good output of the award certificate and the conducting of the awarding interspersions c. Quality of stage / lighting - The lighting/music and other infra made it seem a premium event certainly d. Tea sampling and Dinner arrangements - Smoothly done and well organized to manage a tough job with 1400 attendants
